Do I need to install anything?
No. meruma runs in the browser and channels are connected from the app, through each platform’s official API.
What happens to my WhatsApp number?
You can connect the number you already use. The chats on your phone stay there; new ones land in the team inbox.
Does the free plan expire?
No. The Free plan is free forever, with up to two users and one connected channel.
What is billed separately?
What third parties charge: telephony credits, what Meta bills for WhatsApp conversations, and your own OpenAI key if you use bots. We never mark those up.
